Nalgene – Nunc International 是美國最大的實驗室及醫療用容器生產商，憑藉他們在生產科學用容器的經驗，他們所製作之一系列野外及歷險用容器亦依同樣嚴格之標準所生產。在面世以來，一直大受好評，尤以其在防漏、耐撞及耐用方面之表現，遠勝其他廉價產品，由雪山極地探險隊至一般野營，均可隨時找到Nalgene水瓶之跡影。極大部份 Nalgene產品，全部均在美國羅徹斯特總廠生產，以確保每件Nalgene產品，均能符合其嚴格要求。
最近 Nalgene 採用 Eastman Tritan 共聚酯 (copolyester)生產一系列不含 BPA 成份(雙酚A)之水樽，並備有多款顏色及款式，適合你不同情況使用。
Tritan物料之特點：
1. 不含BPA：所有 Tritan 水樽絕不含BPA (雙酚A)。
2. 美國製造：秉承一貫風格，Nalgene 所有水樽均在美國生產，而 Tritan 水樽亦不例外。全部都在美國生產，生產質量絕對有嚴格保證。
3. 物料安全：Nalgene 對其水樽之要求甚高。由水樽所用之塑模樹脂物料至樽身之染色物料，全部必須符合美國食物及藥品管制處之標準，並通過有關當局的測試，顧客可放心使用。
4. 堅硬耐撞：Tritan是一種很堅硬且耐用之物料，一般情況下使用並不會構成破損(不適當使用除外)。
5. 抗臭不吸味：Tritan 水樽絕不像一般膠料容器，打開時有一股塑膠味。
6. 防漏設計：Tritan 水樽棄用一般軟墊，而是在瓶蓋內鑄有一斜面之圓環，其斜度與瓶口之內斜度精確吻合，在旋上瓶蓋時，兩者能自動接合，達至絕對防漏之效果。
7. 樽底號碼 ”7”。
在不少塑膠容器上(通常於底部)，會出現一個以三角形圈著的回收數字。根據不同種類之塑膠分為1至7，以便回收容器時作分類。數字7並不代表是 polycarbonate，其他一些合成塑膠，及 Tritan 水樽(並不含BPA)，也屬於回收編碼7之內。
