In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Yu Tat Special Terms (as defined below) (collectively referred to as "Terms and Conditions"), " Yu Tat " or "we" refers to the business under Yu Tat, and "customer" or "you" refers to any individual, organization, or company placing orders for products or services with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Your use of the online store or any part thereof signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   2. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of products listed in the store are up-to-date. We reserve the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. We have full discretion to accept or reject any orders based on stock availability.
   3. We strive to ensure that the availability of products listed in the store is accurate. If any product is out of stock and cannot be provided, we reserve the right to offer a substitute of the same type and price.
   4. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. If we are unable to supply any product or service you ordered, we reserve the right to reject the order.

We respect and protect customer privacy. The information collected by this website will be retained for a reasonable period and used for market research to offer more products and services. Your personal data may be used for promotions, advertising, or to build good customer relationships. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us. If you wish to delete your personal data, please notify us via email, and we will confirm once the request is completed.
4. Ordering Information
   1. The online store accepts orders with billing addresses within Hong Kong or for self-pickup at designated physical stores in Hong Kong.
   2. By placing an order, you agree to make a purchase request to yutat under these Terms and Conditions. Once we receive your order, we will notify and confirm receipt. This reply does not mean we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to reject any order if we are unable to provide the product or service, if there are payment issues (such as with your credit card), or for any other reason. We will notify you by phone or email if we cannot fulfill your order.
   3. Once we accept your purchase request, we will confirm your order and notify you of the delivery or self-pickup time and date at the designated store.
5. Delivery Policy
   1. Our goal is to deliver the products to your specified delivery address by the delivery date indicated during checkout (updated in the order confirmation). If we expect a delay in delivery, we will try to notify you. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge, or expense caused by delivery delays. For self-pickup orders, this applies to orders with designated store pickup.
   2. Please collect your purchased product from the selected physical store within 7 days of the chosen pickup date.
   3. When collecting the product at the store, you or an authorized representative must present the order confirmation email and order number, along with your original identification document and registered contact number for verification. If we cannot verify the identity of the person collecting the product, we will refuse the handover to protect your interests.
   4. Once the order is confirmed, the selected pickup store cannot be changed.
   5. Once the order is confirmed, you may not change the color, style, or product unless approved by us.
   6. If the selected store is closed due to weather or other factors, you may collect the product the following day.
6. Refund/Return/Order Cancellation Policy:

   In general, we do not accept product exchanges or order cancellations.
   You must inspect the product immediately upon receipt (whether by delivery or pickup) to ensure it is undamaged and complete. If the product is damaged, please contact our customer service to arrange a replacement.
   If we agree that you are entitled to a replacement but cannot provide the replacement product, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any delivery or shipping fees).
   Please present the original purchase receipt or relevant electronic receipt for any exchange requests.
   If the packaging has been opened after delivery, yutat will not arrange any product replacement.
   The product to be exchanged must be returned with complete packaging, recycling labels (if applicable), accessories, manuals, and unused warranty cards.
   The product to be exchanged must not be damaged, broken, or water-damaged.
   Checkout and payment: You may use the listed payment methods on the platform or pay cash on delivery.

7. Currency Policy
   1. All prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are for reference only.
   2. The actual payment amount may vary due to exchange rates or additional transaction fees imposed by payment platforms (e.g., credit cards, PayPal), which are to be borne by the customer. The company is not responsible for such fees.
   3. If you settle in other currencies, the final payment amount will be based on the exchange rate provided by the payment platform at the time of checkout. We cannot control or predict such rates.
   4. All product prices and quotations are based on the final quotation. Please confirm with us before placing your order if you have any questions.
   5. For overseas customers, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations.
